Service Description
Individual Counseling is your dedicated space to slow down, explore persistent patterns, and find grounded solutions.
We work collaboratively to identify unhelpful thought and emotional cycles—such as chronic anxiety, relationship struggles, people-pleasing, and perfectionism. This service provides a safe, non-judgmental environment to reflect, build practical coping strategies, and develop deeper self-awareness.
The Goal: To help you understand how your past experiences influence the present, allowing you to move toward a life that feels authentic, balanced, and truly your own.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to make your appointment, 24 hour notice is requested.
During intake paperwork, billing information is kept on file in the event that an appointment is missed or cancelled without 24 hour notice.
​The full session fee of $140 or $92.00 if you utilize insurance benefits (which is not eligible for reimbursement), will be charged to the card on file.
