I am currently in network with BCBS PPO.
If you have out-of-network benefits and would like to be reimbursed for the services you receive, I will be happy to provide you with a monthly receipt that can be submitted to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Fees
Cancellation Policy
Each 50 minute session is $120.
Cash, Check, Major Credit Cards, and FSA/HSA are accepted.
If you are unable to make your appointment, 24 hour notice is requested.
During intake paperwork, billing information is kept on file in the event that an appointment is missed or cancelled without 24 hour notice.
The full session fee or the current BCBS reimbursement rate of $92.04 if you utilize insurance benefits (which is not eligible for reimbursement), will be charged to the card on file.
