I am currently in network with BCBS PPO, United Health Care and Aetna.

​

If you have out-of-network benefits and would like to be reimbursed for the services you receive, I will be happy to provide you with a monthly receipt that can be submitted to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. 

Fees

Cancellation Policy

Each 50 minute session is $140. 

​

Cash, Check, Major Credit Cards, and FSA/HSA are accepted.

If you are unable to make your appointment, 24 hour notice is requested.

​

During intake paperwork, billing information is kept on file in the event that an appointment is missed or cancelled without 24 hour notice.

​

If you are unable to keep your appointment and provide less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file:

  • Self-Pay Clients: $140 (the full session fee)

  • Insurance Clients (with verified benefits): The late cancel fee is the amount your insurance covers for the session, and varies by provider.

Please note that insurance companies, including BCBS, do not cover cancelled sessions.​
