Service Description
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a specialized, evidence-based therapy that helps the brain reprocess distressing memories and experiences.
We use this approach to move beyond simply talking about trauma to actually healing the emotional and somatic reactions it causes.
This service is ideal for clients dealing with:
Past trauma (single-event or complex)
PTSD symptoms
Chronic anxiety and panic
Feelings of being "stuck" in old patterns
The Goal: To help you feel safer, calmer, and more present in your daily life, reducing the intensity of emotional triggers.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to make your appointment, 24 hour notice is requested.
During intake paperwork, billing information is kept on file in the event that an appointment is missed or cancelled without 24 hour notice.
​The full session fee of $140 or $92.00 if you utilize insurance benefits (which is not eligible for reimbursement), will be charged to the card on file.
